For Supervisors:
Submit a New Employee Request at least 5 business days prior to the employee’s requested start date. Doing this ahead of time will help to ensure their technology, email and account are set-up prior to their first day.
For New Employees:
The Technology Service Portal is an online website where you can view your open tickets for Technology Services, HR Services & Building Services, create a new ticket, ask general questions and search our knowledge base articles to troubleshoot frequently asked technology questions. You can access content by logging in with your StarID@minnstate.edu and password for employees and StarID@go.minnstate.edu and password for students.
You can also email the Service Desk Service.Desk@hennepintech.edu to automatically create a ticket or call 952-995-1411, and a technician will respond to your request as soon as possible.
