Summary:  Supplies for the printers can be ordered by any HTC staff member by contacting the appropriate vendor. Tickets for technology support should be submitted to the appropriate vendor by Technology Services staff member. For assistance with technology support for the printers, please submit a ticket here.

  1. HP Printers – Supplies & Support from Toshiba
    • Toshiba Phone Number 1-888-855-1924
    • HP Supplies https:tbs.toshiba.com/tbs/supplies/
    • HP Support  https:tbs.toshiba.com/tbs/service/
    • Will need to provide Serial Number or  Model & Asset ID ​​​
      • (Model & Serial Number tagged on the printer)
    • Toner is automatically ordered and delivered based on usage through Toshiba.
  2. Canon Multi-Function Printers – Supplies & Support from Canon
    • Canon Phone Number 1-800-355-1385
    • Canon Supplies and Support – Call and will need to provide Serial Number when submitting support requests.
    • Toner is automatically ordered and delivered based on usage through Canon.
  3. Toshiba Printers - Supplies & Support from Toshiba
