Resolution or Steps
Logging Into Workday
1. Use this link or Log into Microsoft Office 365 to locate the Workday App and select the Workday app from all apps. To access Microsoft 365, go to cloud.microsoft.com. Your login credentials are starid@minnstate.edu and your STAR ID password.
2. Sign in with your starid@minnstate.edu and password
3. You will be prompted to use MFA using either your phone, office phone or the Microsoft Authenticator App.
After successfully logging in, users will see the Workday Dashboard.
