Departments that would like to purchase technology equipment are responsible for contacting Technology Services for assistance.


Request IT approval and/or contract review for new or renewal software purchases. This information will be reviewed by the HTC Software & Deployment Team. If approved by the HTC Software & Deployment team and contract review is needed, the information will be sent by the Purchasing Department to facilitate System Office Security Team (risk assessment) review and if approved there, the Legal Counsel (contract review). Please allow at least 6-12 weeks for processing for software purchases that require contract review.
