Request IT approval and/or contract review for new or renewal software purchases. This information will be reviewed by the HTC Software & Deployment Team. If approved by the HTC Software & Deployment team and contract review is needed, the information will be sent by the Purchasing Department to facilitate System Office Security Team (risk assessment) review and if approved there, the Legal Counsel (contract review). Please allow at least 6-12 weeks for processing for software purchases that require contract review.


Use this form to request onboarding for new employees, contractors, internal position changes, volunteers, and student workers, once you have their star id, and at least five business days prior to the requested start date. This includes hardware, software and access needs.
