Event Equipment and Setup Reservation Request

Overview

• Technology Services provides the technology and capability to host a successful on-campus event.
• Requestors must reserve an event space with EMS prior to submitting this request.
• Faculty, staff and on-campus organizations are eligible to reserve event equipment and request event setup.
• Please submit ONE REQUEST PER DATE

Benefits

• Confirms proper posting in the Event Management System
• Provides necessary equipment for on-campus events
• Ensures the proper technical configuration of equipment

Resources

• Request Facilities Support for table and chair set-up, table clothes, security and more. Use EMS to Reserve an Event Space. 
• Request MarCom Support for any mass communications (invitations, emails, social media, website and college-wide calendar), digital marketing (paid and social media ads), photos and videos, and more.
