Overview

• Is something broken or just not working quite right? Let us know so we can try to get you the help you need.

• Note: if this an Emergency please dial (612) 219-6559 (primary) (651) 325-5268 (backup).

• Building Services incidents include (but are not limited to): a light bulb is burnt out, a door knob is broken, a handicap accessibility door opener is not working, roof/ceiling leak, hot/cold temperature, staff office relocation, painting, rodent activity, etc.

• Faculty and staff are eligible to submit a ticket.

Resources

• Please note that for temperature concerns, individual space heaters are not allowed in campus spaces. Space heaters can send inaccurate information to the HVAC system, resulting in cooler spaces for your co-workers. They can, also pose a fire hazard.
