Cisco WebEx - Enable Hotel Phone Functionality


How do I enable the hotel functionality on my phone?


Follow the instructions below.

Enable Hotel Phone Functionality

Note: This process is only required once to enable hotel phone access.
Once it is enabled please see the “Using a Hotel Phone” Knowledge Base Article

1.  Open a web browser and go to

2.  Log in with your

3.  Click on WebEx Calling on the top menu, this may open a new browser tab.

4.  Click on Call Settings in the left menu.

5.  Click on Additional Features in the top menu.

6.  Toggle the Hoteling feature on and click the Save button.
