Enable Hotel Phone Functionality


Note: This process is only required once to enable hotel phone access.
Once it is enabled please see the “Using a Hotel Phone” Knowledge Base Article


1.  Open a web browser and go to https://settings.webex.com

2.  Log in with your StarID@minnstate.edu

  • If this is your first time logging into https://settings.webex.com, you will need to enter your StarID Password and Multifactor Authenticator.  

3.  Click on WebEx Calling on the top menu, this may open a new browser tab.

4.  Click on Call Settings in the left menu.

5.  Click on Additional Features in the top menu.

6.  Toggle the Hotel feature on and click the Save button.
