Setup and configuration of the eduroam wireless network on an Apple iOS device such as an iPhone or an iPad.

Resolution or Steps
- ​​From the iOS home screen, select the Settings app.
2. In the Settings app, select Wi-Fi.
*If your Wi-Fi is turned off, make sure you turn it on.
3. From the list of available WiFi networks, select "eduroam".
4. Enter username and password.
These are examples of what the login credentials would look like:
- Employee Username:
- StarID@hennepintech.edu
- StarID@minnstate.edu
- Student Username:
- StarID@my.hennepintech.edu
- StarID@go.minnstate.edu
Password = StarID password
5. Click Join after you enter your username and password.
6. Click Trust in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to add the certificate needed to access and use Eduroam.
If you have issues after you have tried logging in using both user names (....hennepintech.edu or .....minnstate.edu) try forgetting the Eduroam network and try logging in again.
1. Click on eduroam.
2. Click on Forget This Network.
3. Click on Forget.
