Resolution or Steps 

1. On the hennepintech.edu homepage click Faculty and Staff
2. In the drop down click Employee Portal 
   • Login with your starid@minnstate.edu and MFA
3. Hover over the Logins and select Maintenance Work Request

5. Select the appropriate category until you reach you see the button the right that says Request Service
