Resolution or Steps
- On the hennepintech.edu homepage click Faculty and Staff
- In the drop down click Employee Portal
- Login with your starid@minnstate.edu and MFA
- Hover over the Logins and select Maintenance Work Request
- Quick Link Here
- Select the appropriate category until you reach you see the button the right that says Request Service
