Resolution or Steps 

The Minnesota State Self Service portal, also referred to as SEMA4, includes employee pay stubs, W2 forms, State training and staff development registration. 

  1. Access the Self Service Portal: https://mn.gov/selfservice. Enter User ID and Password; then press Enter or select the Sign-in button. (New employees: Obtain your User ID and initial Password from your Human Resources or Payroll office.)
