Network Connection: iPhone Troubleshooting

Topic

Issues logging into Eduroam wifi at Hennepin Technical College can be caused by a number of different reasons, such as incorrect credentials or poor signal strength.

Resolution or Steps 

  1. Open your Wi-Fi menu in Settings
  2. Tap the remembered network (Eduroam)
  3. Tap Forget this Network

  4. Return to your Wi-Fi menu and tap the network again (Eduroam)
  5. Use your log in credentials:
  6. Employees: StarID@hennepintech.edu or StarID@minnstate.edu and enter your Star ID password.
  7. Students: StarID@my.hennepintech.edu or StarID@go.minnstate.edu and enter your Star ID password.
