1) Go to https://www.bluebeam.com/community/academic/ 2) Click on Request a Free Subscription 3) Change Server Region drop down box to United States. 4) Click on Continue as a Student (if a student) or Continue as Educator (if educator.) 5) Fill out the form questions (they are different for Educators than students, example is for student) 6) Click Verify My Student Status button when done. 7) Click Add documents button to upload files to prove you are enrolled student. There are some examples of type documents that can be used for this in the below screenshot. 8) After document is uploaded click the Submit button. *You will have to wait until they’ve reviewed the submission to get access. They will send email like in the next step to the email address used in the form. 9) Email from Bluebeam should look similar to below. 10) Click on Create BBID button.
11) Fill in the form to set your username and password. Click Create Account button when finished.
12) Click I Accept to the Terms of Use window. You will get a webpage like below. 13) Look in your email for an email to confirm your account. Click Verify Email Address button.
You should now be able to login to Bluebeam using the login you created. The Bluebeam software is licensed using the login. When you launch Bluebeam software you will be prompted for your login like below example.
