How to Submit Timesheet as a Student Worker

Resolution or Steps 

Student Workers must submit their timesheet NO LATER THAN 3:00 p.m. on payday Fridays for the following pay period.

  1. Sign into eservices with your StarID and StarID Password, ensure you select Hennepin Technical College next to Institution.

2. Select Student Employment

 

3. Select Enter Time Worked

 

4. Ensure you are in the right pay period. Select Add Time

 

5. Using the drop down arrow select the Date, Start Time, and End Time.

 

6. Select Add Time

 

7. Submit Time

  • Ensure all the time you worked is shown.
  • Click the tiny box to certify the hours reported are correct and that you have fulfilled your job obligations.
  • Click Submit Time

Note: You can view the scheduled Payment Date
