How to log into Salesforce

Resolution or Steps

This article explains how to log into Salesforce using Single Sign-On (SSO). If you believe you should have Salesforce access but do not see the Hennepin Technology College  login button, submit a ticket or contact the Salesforce administrator. 

1. Open a web browser and go to: https://hennepintech.lightning.force.com 
2. On the login page, select Log in with Hennepin Technology College. 
3. When prompted sign in using your StarID information, starid@minnstate.edu and password.
4. Follow your normal Multifactor Authenication process.
5. After you complete authentication, Salesforce will automatically open in your browser and you will have successfully signed into Salesforce.
