How To: HTC Reports and Reporting

Topic

HTC Reports and Reporting

Environment (Products involved such as e.g. hardware, software, network)

Computer, Salesforce

Resolution or Steps

Hennepin has created quite a few reports that you can access through our HTC App. This article will walk you through how to access our current selection of reports and will provide links to the Salesforce articles you will need to learn more about using/creating reports and dashboards.

To see our existing reports:

Log into Salesforce, make sure you are in the HTC App, click on Reports, and then on the All Reports tab.

Here you will see all of the HTC Reports, a description, the folder it resides in, who created it, and when it was created. You can also filter your view by just the reports shared with you or reports that you created by clicking on the Private Reports or Created by Me tab.

If you do not see the report you are looking for, you can create a new report by clicking on the New Report button. You can make this a private report, so only you have access, or you can make it public so that others at HTC can view it.

Full instructions on how to create a report can be found here on Salesforce’s help page.
