Resolution or Steps

1) Go to hennepintech.edu on your web browser.

2) In the top right click myHennepinTech

3) Click on Email Login.

4) Log in with your Hennepin Technical College starid@go.minnstate.edu and password. (The StarID is two letters, four numbers, and two letters, e.g. "ab1234cd".)

5) Click on Install and more, then click Install and more

6) Office 365 will start downloading. When it’s done downloading, click on the Setup icon at the bottom of your browser.

*If you are using Microsoft Edge, click on Run at the bottom of your browser.

7) It will install. Wait until it finishes installing.

8) Now you can open Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Skype for Business, and OneDrive from Start Menu.

9) Sign in with your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and password.
