How do I reset my Voicemail Pin?
Answer:
Follow the steps below.
Reset Voicemail Pin
1. Open a web browser and go to https://settings.webex.com
2. Log in with your StarID@minnstate.edu
3. Once logged in, Click on “Settings” in the Left-hand column, then click the “Calling” tab
4. Click on Reset Voicemail PIN
5. Enter a New Voicemail PIN and Confirm Voicemail PIN
Must NOT Contain
- Repeated patterns
- Your phone number or extension
- The reverse of your phone number or extension
- Last 10 Voicemail PINs
- The reverse of your old PIN
- The same digit 4 times in a row
- 4 Ascending digits or 4 Descending digits
6. Click Save
