To Access Office 365 Web Training

  1. Go to  Microsoft 365 Training link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/training
  2. Click Sign in (located in the top right-hand corner)

4. Enter your Star ID Password

5. Click Sign in

6. Choose your Multi-Factor Authentication Option (Text, Call or authenticator application)

  • If you choose Text, enter the code.

7.Click Verify

  • Phone or Multi-Factor authenticator application will automatically verify through the phone or application.

8. Check the box next to “Don’t show this again”

9. Click Yes (This will limit the amount of times you need to verify through Multi-Factor authenticator )

  • Only Stay signed in on a device that is password protected.

10. On the Microsoft 365 Training page, you can do any of the trainings after you have signed in. Click directly on the icon for the Applications  to start the training.

11. A good place to start . . . At Microsoft 365 Training page, select the Quick Starts option.

  • Select a topic and click on the video to begin the training.
