How to log into my Microsoft Office 365 account to access Web Mail
Steps
1. Go to https://hennepintech.edu
2. Click myHennepinTech
4. Click on Email Login
5. Enter your StarID@go.minnstate.edu
6. Click Next
7. Enter your Star ID Password
8. Click Sign in
9. Choose your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Option (Text, Call or MFA App)
10. If you choose Text, enter the code.
11. Click Verify
- Phone or MFA App will automatically verify through the phone or app.
12. Check the box next to “Don’t show this again”
13. Click Yes (This will limit the amount of times you need to verify through MFA)
- Only Stay signed in on a device that is password protected.
14. Choose the Apps on the left side. Outlook is the app for email.
- If you want to use other applications, such as One Drive to access your saved documents, Word, Excel, etc click on the application you would like to use.
