What is Zoom?

Answer:

• Zoom is a web conferencing system. It supports video and audio over the Internet, screen sharing, meeting recording, whiteboard, Outlook calendar integration and use on mobile devices.

Who can use Zoom?

Answer:

• Active Minnesota State students, faculty and staff can host meetings for up to 300 people. Faculty and staff can host webinars for up to 500 people.

How do I access Zoom through Minnesota State?

Steps:

• Go to the Minnesota State website for Zoom
• Login with your StarID credentials
• Additional support materials are available at the bottom of the login pagg
