How to Download the Cisco Webex Mobile Application

Resolution or Steps 

Download the Webex Application from the Application  Store for your device

1. iPhone
2. Android
3. Open the Webex Application
4. Enter your StarID@minnstate.edu
5. You will be redirected to a Microsoft login page. Re-enter your StarID@minnstate.edu
6. Enter your password
7. You will be prompted to validate your login with Multifactor Authenticator via your configured Multifactor Authenticator method
8. If prompted, select Yes to stay signed in
9. You can now make and receive calls on your work phone number from the Webex Applicaiton
