How to add an email address to the safe sender list.

Outlook Desktop and Web   

Desktop version:

To add people to your Safe Senders List, do the following:

  1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.

  2. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add button and enter the email address, click OK.

Web Version:

  1. Click Settings  > Mail > Junk Mail

  2. Under Safe senders and domains, Clock the +Add button, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and hit enter on keyboard.

  3. Select Save at the bottom.
