Outlook Safe Sender List
How to add an email address to the safe sender list.
Outlook Desktop and Web
Desktop version:
To add people to your Safe Senders List, do the following:

On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.

On the Safe Senders tab, click Add button and enter the email address, click OK.
Web Version:

Click Settings > Mail > Junk Mail

Under Safe senders and domains, Clock the +Add button, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and hit enter on keyboard.

Select Save at the bottom.
