Resolution or Steps 

  1. Go to eServices or click here
  2. Log in to eServices with your StarID and Password
  3. “A Hennepin Technical College eServices login page titled ‘Please login to continue.’ The form includes required fields for StarID, Password, and a dropdown labeled Institution showing ‘Hennepin Technical College.’ A link labeled ‘Need Login Help?’ appears next to the password field. A checkbox labeled ‘Display Name’ includes a note that displaying the name may not work at all secured locations. A blue ‘Login’ button is below the fields. The left side of the page displays navigation links such as Dashboard, Financial Aid, and Account Management, and an image appears in the upper‑right area of the page.”
  4. The eServices screen will load and you will see your TechID in the upper right-hand corner. Your Student ID is the same as your TechID. 
  5. “A Hennepin Technical College eServices page titled ‘Search for Courses and View/Modify the Schedule.’ A progress bar across the top shows steps: Enter Search, Select Courses & Plan, Review My Plan, and Register. The final step, Register, is outlined with a red box and indicated by a red arrow. Below, the Search section displays dropdown fields for College/University, Semester, Subject, Course Number, and Course Title Keyword. Additional filters include Delivery Method, Minnesota Transfer Curriculum, and search options such as Open Courses Only and Courses with Zero Textbook Cost. A blue ‘Search’ button appears at the bottom of the form. The left‑side menu lists links including Dashboard, Account Management, Courses & Registration, Academic Records, Financial Aid, and Student Employment.”
