How to Automatically Reject Calls with Cisco Webex

How can I stop unwanted calls from coming into my Cisco WebEx Phone?

Resolution or Steps

  Follow the instructions below.

1.  Go to https://settings.webex.com/

2.  Click on Webex Calling.

3.  Click on Call Settings.

4.  Toggle Selectively Reject Calls to on.

5.  Click Add Schedule.

6.  Choose the times you would like the call rejection to apply.  Every Day All Day is the default.

7.  Change Calls from dropdown from Any Phone Number to Select Phone Numbers.

8.  Enter in the phone number(s) you wish to reject. Use Tab key after each number for a new Set number field to appear.

9.  Click Save.
