How to Connect to AnyConnect

Resolution or Steps 

  1. Important: If you are working remotely and need to access Hennepin Tech internal resources (Network drives, remote servers, etc.), you must be connected to AnyConnect.
  2.  Double click on Cisco AnyConnect shortcut on your desktop.

3. Left-click on the Connect button.

4. Enter your starID and password, then click the OK button. Now you’re connected to AnyConnect.

*Your starID will be saved after the first time you log in to AnyConnect. You will only have to enter your password next time you log in.
