How to log into Zoom from the Zoom App and the Web Browser

Resolution or Steps 

From the Zoom App

1. Install Zoom/Zoom Outlook Add-on at Software Center if not already installed.
2. Use SSO to login
3. Enter minnstate then click Continue
4. Sign into Zoom: StarID@go.minnstate.edu (Example: ab1234cd@go.minnstate.edu for students, ab1234cd@minnstate.edu for staff)
5. Password: Same as StarID password
6. Click Launch Zoom
7. From a Web Browser
8. Go to the link: https://minnstate.zoom.us/
9. Sign in to Zoom: StarID@go.minnstate.edu (Example: ab1234cd@go.minnstate.edu for students, ab1234cd@minnstate.edu for staff)​​.
10. Password: Same as StarID password
11. Verify your Identity with MFA: choose an authentication method.
12. Enter the code.
13. Checked the Don't show this again box and clicked yes.
    You are now logged into Zoom from the Zoom App and the Web Browser.
